Project Overview: Redesigned the website with the goal of making it the central hub for all digital channels—including social media, mobile apps, and media campaigns.

Content Migration + ReplatformContent Architecture Mapping
- Helped the migration of existing content to a new platform by developing a migration plan.
- Collaborated with the client to identify and remove outdated pages.
CMS Authoring + Management
- Mapped the site’s content structure to optimize navigation.
- Created clear hierarchies and relationships between pages to improve accessibility and engagement.
Content Authoring Guidelines + Workshops
- Updated all retained pages to align with current objectives while maintaining strict adherence to newly created brand guidelines throughout the process.
- Created new pages to support evolving content needs.
- Created a comprehensive authoring guide that detailed step-by-step instructions for content authors.
- The guide also provided a complete list of all available components and templates, with explanations on how and when to use each one.
- Led post-redesign workshops and training sessions to onboard the new content authors, guiding them through drupal and ensuring a smooth handoff.
